How to Return

To receive credit, all balloons and scraps must be removed from the frames, poles, and bases. The bases, backdrops, and frames must be returned in the same condition as when received (no cracks or scuffs).

If you can't detach the poles from the bases, that's okay; we secured them well for your event.

Any damages to our rental equipment are outlined in your agreement. Damaging any items could forfeit your credit and possibly incur additional charges.

Please place poles, frames, and bases on the right side of our driveway next to the delivery van.

No appointment is necessary for returns; just text Nikki when you've dropped them off to check them in.

When to Return

Returns are due no later than the Monday following your event at 8 PM. Equipment returned after this deadline will not be eligible for credit or deposit refunds (unless otherwise specified)
