Most events book 2-6 months in advance. We prefer at least 2-4 weeks’ notice to create a custom install quote. Last-minute openings may be available—just ask!

The stability and longevity of balloons can be directly affected by the weather, direct sunlight, sharp objects, people touching them, humidity, air circulation, & vents

Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling, minimums, & Cancellations

Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before your event date and can be postponed up to 6 months from the original date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
a MINIMUM OF $650 MAY NEED TO BE MET FRIDAY-SUNDAY EVENTS. tHIS MINIMUM MAY BE HIGHER OR LOWER BASED ON THE DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF YOUR EVENT.

Liability for Balloons

Rockin’ Robot Party Co is not liable for balloons once delivered or installed. Environmental factors, handling, and interactions may affect balloon longevity.
We use high-quality materials but cannot guarantee balloons won’t pop or deflate prematurely.

Safety & Allergies

Balloon materials may pose choking hazards and are not recommended for children under 3 or individuals with latex allergies.
Face painting or balloon twisting will not be performed on children under 3, individuals showing signs of illness, or those with sensitive skin conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Provide a clean, safe space for setup and teardown, free from pets, children, and clutter.
Access to electrical outlets and covered outdoor areas (e.g., tents) may be required.
Clients are responsible for any damages to Rockin’ Robot Party Co property during the event.

Weather & Force Majeure

Outdoor events may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, extreme heat, storms).

Photo Release

Event photos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client opts out by paying a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee.
No identifiable images of individuals will be used without explicit permission.

Substitutions & Changes

Substitutions for materials or artists may occur due to availability, with like-kind alternatives provided whenever possible.
On-site adjustments may be made to ensure safe and timely installations.

General Terms

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockin’ Robot Party Co for any injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or presence of balloon decor or entertainment.
Written communication (email) is required for all agreements or changes.
