Centerpiece & Table Decor FAQ:

With our exclusive use of air and the absence of the finite resource of helium in our decor, our centerpieces are suitable for installations both indoors and outdoors. This fixed positioning eliminates concerns, such as balloons blowing around in photos, balloons flying away, balloons getting tangled in the wind, and potential collisions with items on tables or people. Consequently, every photograph is guaranteed to capture a picture-perfect moment.
It is completely normal and expected not to know the exact number of centerpieces you will need for your event until approximately two weeks before the event
During the booking process: we will select the centerpiece style(s) you want for your event, and commit to a minimum of centerpieces for the purposes of the agreement/invoice
Two weeks prior to the event, we will adjust the order size to accommodate the total number of centerpieces you will require based on the total RSVP headcount
While we aim to provide diverse options, we also strive to avoid overwhelming you with an extensive menu of choices. Our centerpieces are highly customizable, and we welcome your theme suggestions. Beyond our standard offerings, we have a range of custom centerpieces that we've crafted before and are ready to create for your unique theme. Don't hesitate to share your ideas with us.
Specific styles are designed as keepsakes for you to own permanently (refer to the descriptions on the menu above for examples). While the majority of our taller centerpieces are typically available for rental, we also offer the option to create them as disposable or keepable items based on your preference
