          • Event date

          • Event’s location (full street address, city, state)

          • If the balloons will be indoors or outdoors

          • Event start time

          • Event End Time

          • The time we have access to the venue to begin balloon installation

          • At least 3 Inspiration Photos

          • Photos of the venue

            • (if applicable (ie: if you want a custom organic installation: we need to see the venue. If you want to rent a backdrop from us - we just need to make sure the ceilings are tall enough and don’t usually need to see the venue)

          • An estimated budget

        • We will not respond to your DMs immediately, especially if all of this information is not provided

        • we do not check our dms daily. Please be patient

        • If we feel that this may be a good fit based on your budget, vision, and our creative freedom we can provide some lite pricing. Absolutely no mock-ups or full pricing will be provided until a retainer is paid/date is held
