  • Custom Balloon Creations (AKA: Balloon Installations) are designed, delivered, and installed by the Rockin’ Robot team on the day of your event. When the event ends: we return and tear everything down and dispose of it. We create all of this custom for your event, theme, venue, and space. These clients receive our white glove service: phone consultations, on-site walk-thrus of their venue, custom proposals catered for them, our event planning help, access to our exclusive vendor list, as well as other day-of coordination assistance, and much more.     A Grab-n-Go is designed & ordered online by you, assembled by the Rockin’ Robots, and either picked-up or dropped off the week of your event. Then you hang it up and style it however you want, wherever you want! No assembly required! Great if you’re a nifty budgeteer

  • You can either book a Grab-n-Go pick-up/drop-off for the week before your event

    You can reach out to us on Instagram DMs to tell us about your event - and we’ll do our best to get back with you within 72 hours

  • Indoor air-filled arrangements are “guaranteed to last” 24 hours for your event - but off the record an indoor arrangement can last months in the right conditions and look pristine the entire time - we often install balloons for indoor events 3-5 days before the event if the venue allows it

    Outdoor arrangements longevity is dependant on factors such as the color palette, the placement of the balloon arrangement, sun & heat exposure, and the weather. Therefore outdoor decor cannot technically be guaranteed for any length of time but we always guide our clients to get the best results

    However - In 2021 we decorated a grad party in Commerce that was later attacked by a tornado which knocked down the tent and everything inside

    The client said that when they brought the tent back up that only our balloons were still attached, still in the same position, and nothing had popped

    ….so…. I mean… c’mon… we’re pretty good at this

  • Heck no - We handle everything. Our price works in the set-up, delivery, and retrieval fees.

  • We’ll help guide you - we do not expect you to know, do not worry!

    Having photos of the space is really helpful as it can help us visualize the venue and create unique ideas for your event

  • At Rockin' Robot Party Co., our balloon decor is designed with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Composed of 97% air and 3% biodegradable and compostable latex sourced from rubber tree sap, our balloons break down naturally without leaving harmful microplastics, contributing to a greener planet.

    We prioritize sustainability not only in our balloon composition but also in encouraging responsible disposal practices and offering reuse options. Especially indoors, our balloons have a longevity of weeks to months after an event has concluded, allowing for them to be reused for various celebrations. This extended lifespan minimizes waste and supports a more eco-conscious approach to balloon decor.

    It's important to note that our balloon framework, constructed from materials like PVC, EMT conduit, MDF, and wood, is broken down and recycled after each event, ensuring we can reuse them for future celebrations. By incorporating biodegradable materials, promoting reuse options, and adopting sustainable practices, we aim to create vibrant and festive atmospheres while respecting and preserving the environment.

  • Holy moly SO many ways!

    We add letters and logos on the balloons themselves whether it’s a latex balloon or a foil mylar shape

    We can use balloon foil letters and balloon foil numbers to spell out phrases

    We can use our backdrops like our circle frame and add lettering and numbers directly on the backdrop

    We can use neon signs, metal signs, big corrugated plastic shaped signs, and wooden signs - whether it’s one of our rentals or we get one created special for you!

  • Well, we pop them!

    Our clients are able to cut and keep whatever they want from the decor and we’re able to recycle balloons and reuse them if we need to in a lot of cases - but a lot of this depends on our capacity to store them and the color palettes needed for the next orders

  • You’ve come to the right place - Nikki Rocks with colors! We have so many colors that we should be arrested. So whether you have RGB, hex codes, pantones, fabric swatches, pinterest boards, or screenshots: we are here for it and we can make it happen.

    We will create balloon color palettes with you until your heart sings with colorful joy. Just as much as ours does when we stare at our rainbow balloon wall

  • Here is something that sets us apart from basically everyone:

    We have approximately 20 contingency plans ready to go AT ALL TIMES for EVERY SINGLE job.

    These plans are with us, packed in our truck, No matter what.

    How often do we need them? Rarely.

    Why? Because we are well trained, well practiced, and always prepared

  • No we do not own a bounce house - if you would like balloons on a bounce house you will need to rent a white bounce house from a vendor and ensure that they are available and okay with us placing our balloons on their bouncer.

pricing, Booking Process, & Consultations FAQ

  • Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer free consultations

    Running this business as parents of two small children, and the number of inquiries increasing exponentially since 2018: I found myself averaging 3 hours of sleep each night and working over 80 hours a week to keep up. Most of those hours were dedicated to consultations and custom proposals for people who were either shopping for the lowest price or other decorators in the area pretending to be an interested buyer

    With the level of customer service that we strive to over deliver: this was leaving me with less time to not only be with my family & friends, but less time to focus on myself, my own self care, and my own business practices felt less-than. It’s important to me that I offer the best in my business, and for that to happen: I need to be the best human I am

    My new policy now allows for any interested buyers to hold their date with me immediately with a retainer (which gives them access to a free phone consultation) or to book a Grab-n-Go if they find we’re just too expensive

    All of our pricing can be easily located on our website: we find that phone calls are not needed unless the client is looking to spend over $10,000 - and if they are interested in spending that kind of money, they usually have no issue holding their date and talking on the phone during their scheduled phone consultation

  • $75 for 30 minutes - if you choose to book us, your $75 is applied to your decor retainer/total bill

  • Color palettes, the vision for your event, ideas for the decor you might want, the timeline for the event, anything really important we need to know beforehand, measurements, etc

    It’s REALLY helpful if you can send us photos of your space before the phone consultation

    I will not give out any quotes or direct prices on the phone: I will email you with a follow-up after our call with any prices that were requested on the call

  • As much information as possible - but the most important information is the date, time, and address of the event.

    Things such as set-up time, tear down time, and what you want specifically are all details-schmetails and we can work it out as we go

  • I make beautiful mock-ups but they take me some time and I do charge for them and I charge for revisions

    If your Decor order is exceeding $3,000 - we will do a complimentary mock-up (revisions are extra)

  • Click Order Balloons, and choose the date/time of your event, and place the retainer to hold your spot immediately

    Your date is held once the retainer is received

    Your date is finalized when the agreement is signed during the booking process

  • Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays we typically require a $600 minimum before delivery/teardown fees

    Weekdays we typically require a $350 minimum before delivery/teardown fees

    If your event is taking place on a high volume date or on a holiday weekend this minimum will be higher (on/near a holiday, weekends in May/June, etc)

    If your event is a very far distance from us: this minimum will likely be higher (we make rare exceptions)

    If a client has worked with us in the past, we typically do not require them to meet this minimum

  • Centerpieces begin at $85
    Standing Columns begin at $250/pair
    A classic spiral arch begins at $450
    An organic half arch begins at $600
    An organic full arch begins at $900
    Balloon walls begin at $900
    Full photo backdrop/focal points usually begin around $1,200
    Incorporating twisting and weaving embellishments into your designs will vastly increase the pricing

Glow Parties

Glow in the dark painting, UV painting, UV REACTIVE parties, Black Light Parties, Neon Glow Balloons, etc

  • There is no such thing as glow in the dark balloons

    There are UV-reactive and neon balloons - for them to work you will need to use the correct UV lighting conditions

    Alternatively you can also opt for a “Glow Party” which does not use any UV-Reactive or Neon balloons, and instead we illuminate the balloons interiorly with LED bulbs

  • We recommend complete darkness and using UV black light, ultra violet curing, etc - this lighting will need to be shining directly on any surface that you wish to “react” and glow

    Additionally you may opt to use uplighting in blues and purples along the walls (this will not create more UV reaction, only add more to the mood and create more light)

  • We recommend complete darkness and using uplighting around the space to illuminate the room to your desired “glowing” color

  • Depending on the size/scale of your party: you can get many of these lights online, rent them from lighting services, or ask your DJ or venue if they are able to provide them for you

    We also have many vendors that we can recommend regarding light-up marquee letters

    Any and all lights inside of the balloons or UV reactive balloons will be handled by the Rockin’ Robots
